CLERA

Helping 450,000  healthcare professionals in the European market document patient needs and handoff notes between shifts.  Set up UX research and UX design practices for the startup, considering the end-to-end design and development process to go from idea to product.

COMMISSION FOR REGULATION OF UTILITIES

Scoped business and UX requirements for a redesign of the Energy Safety website after conducting 20+ stakeholder interviews across 4 teams to ensure all perspectives and requirements were considered and understood. This is the national point of reference, serving 2.7 million domestic customers in Ireland.

Leading UX Design an AI handover tool for doctors ,from component system to signed-off shift

CLERA

Clera generates a structured clinical handover from a shift's notes and closes it with an e-signature. Both MVP flows were designed end-to-end: the component system, the micro-interactions, and the high-fidelity prototype tested with clinicians. The brief throughout was clinical calm meets human warmth :)

    Qualitative UX Research

    I listen first, design second. I spend a lot of time in interviews and synthesis because the best design decisions come from real conversations, not assumptions.
