Hey ! Nice to meet you :)

I'm a UX researcher and designer based in Dublin, with a background in behavioural economics. I've always been curious about the way humans think and function - why we make the choices we do, often driven by emotion rather than rationality, especially in moments that matter most. That curiosity is what pulled me into product research and design: I believe products should be built for the human, not the ideal decision-maker, so that even in moments of irrationality, mistakes can be minimised and good decisions feel easy.

I've spent my career applying this thinking across a wide range of industries - public sector, healthcare, energy, education, and non-profits- because I believe good research and design shouldn't be confined to one space. Currently, I'm a UX Researcher & Designer, where I led a website redesign informed by 20+ stakeholder interviews, and I'm a senior product designer at Clera, an AI-powered clinical handover tool built to help reduce risk at shift change.

Outside of design, you'll find me training for my next marathon, planning my next trip, or exploring a new coffee shop.

Clera - Senior Product Designer

End-to-end UX research and product design for Clera, an AI-powered clinical handover tool built to reduce risk at shift change. Research included in-depth interviews with 9+ clinicians across geriatrics, respiratory, neurology, and surgery specialities, alongside a competitive analysis benchmarking existing handover and shift-management solutions. Findings were synthesised into information architecture and user flows grounded in real clinical workflows, then translated into wireframes iterated from low to high fidelity. Design execution included a scalable design system with reusable components, custom icons, assets, and micro-animations, culminating in high-fidelity interactive prototypes supporting AI-generated SBAR summaries, shift closure, and e-signature sign-off — resulting in a validated, research-driven product designed for real-world, high-stakes healthcare settings.

In parallel, led mixed-methods research with 30 qualitative interviews across 5+ stakeholder groups to identify gaps in public understanding of energy safety, informing a regulatory strategy within the CRU safety framework and facilitating cross-industry workshops with GNI, Calor, and Flogas to co-design measurable KPIs for national safety campaigns.
