CLERA
Clera generates a structured clinical handover from a shift's notes and closes it with an e-signature. Both MVP flows were designed end-to-end: the component system, the micro-interactions, and the high-fidelity prototype tested with clinicians. The brief throughout was clinical calm meets human warmth, a tool that behaves like it knows you're tired.
